Privacy Policy
This platform is for internal company work. This page explains, in plain terms, what it records about your usage and what it deliberately does not.
🖥 Activity status AT
Across the app you may see a small badge: AT ON or AT OFF. It shows whether Activity status recording is currently enabled for your account. It is enabled per person by an administrator and can be turned off the same way.
When AT is ON, we record:
- Whether your mouse or keyboard were in use — a yes/no signal, in short intervals.
- Which TransHome tool you were using at the time.
- Total active vs. idle time per day, so time spent working can be measured.
We never record:
- What you type — this is not a keylogger.
- Your files, documents, or their contents.
- Your screen — no screenshots, ever.
- Which other programs or websites you open outside TransHome. Time spent working in other apps is counted only as generic “computer” time.
👀 Who can see it
Only administrators, inside this platform. Your own activity totals are not shown to other employees.
🎯 Why
To understand how much time is spent working, and in which tools — for workload and staffing decisions. It is not used to read your work or monitor its content.
